There will be no meeting this Wednesday  due to  leaders will be attending Judy Parsells' wake.  The next few weeks will be on a need basis.   Make sure you have your scouts medical forms completed.  We will have a meeting on July 9 to collect them.  Remember form signed by doctor,  OTC med signed by doctor,   vaccination dates filled in ( not see attached)  copy of insurance cards front and back, meningitis form and sun screen/bug spray form.  Any questions contact Mrs. Chess.

Since it is a end of the year gathering ( only person getting merit badges will not be there and no rank advancements) we will go to class b uniforms. Bring some games to play. We will still have pizza and desserts.  

I have only heard from 1 scout and 3 adults about tomorrow's coh.  I need a count to order pizza.  The miller's and mcintosh's, dotys and chesses I have accounted for.

This Wednesday June 18th is Court of Honor. We need to know how many people are attending so we can get pizza.  You are also asked to bring a dessert or a drink.  Sign up under the calendar section with how many people and what you are bringing.   Since it will be a short ceremony, bring a game or 2 to play and share.  Scouts can get some skits, jokes and songs to preform.

The Memorial Day parade is this Monday  May 26.  We will be meeting behind Crispell at 8:00 In full Class A uniform.   Let's have a great turnout to honor the military that gave thier lives.

We will be camping at veekeederkill park Saturday 5/17-5/18.  We will meet at 1:00.  Bring your messkits, tent, sleeping bag, cup all over necessary camping gear.  Extra socks!! 1 galloon of water.   Lunch dinner then breakfast will be served.
